Whole items are postcards or envelopes with a postage stamp printed on it. A printed payment token has a nominal or a note “Postage paid for sending to all countries” or “Postage paid for sending in Estonia”. A whole item stamped with the date can only be posted on the day of publication thereof. If you want to post it later, you have to use a new postage stamp on it.
