Song Festival 150 Souvenir Sheet. Pre-order

To mark the 150th anniversary of the first song festival, Omniva will issue a special series of stamp products. It will consist of a singing song festival souvenir sheet printed on a cotton material and the same product in a gift box; and a philatelic numismatic cover (PNC) featuring the souvenir sheet and a 2-euro song festival commemorative coin issued by the Bank of Estonia. In addition, an exclusive Song Festival postcard will be on sale. It will be available only at the festival and in Omniva’s online store.

The cotton fabric is the same as used for Estonian folk costumes and inspired by this, the souvenir sheet is also printed on cotton material. Estonians are a singing nation and to spread our song worldwide, the stamp image can be scanned using a device and the Cee app to listen to one of Estonians’ most beloved song festival numbers, “My Fatherland Is My Love.” It can be listened to anywhere in the world during one year.

The print run of the souvenir sheet is 15,000. The designer is artist Indrek Ilves.

The souvenir sheet will be issued on 5 July 2019. Advance orders can be placed via Omniva’s e-store starting 17 May 2019 and products will be delivered starting 8 July 2019. When placing advance orders for this item, please include only Song Festival series products in the given shopping cart.
